All fees are non-refundable for any reason. Once your team has registered, your spot is confirmed and all payments are final.

To give teams added flexibility, Top Threat Tournaments offers Team Registration Protection through ViCoverage - optional coverage that reimburses your team’s registration fees if:

• The event is canceled due to unsafe weather
• At least one-third (1/3) of the team cannot participate due to:
  • Serious illness or injury (confirmed by a doctor within 48 hours)
  • Unavoidable travel delays (e.g., flight cancellations, vehicle breakdowns, or accidents)

Team Registration Protection offers valuable financial relief when unexpected situations prevent participation. Without this coverage, all fees remain non-refundable — no exceptions.
