PROGRAM GOAL:  The LAB Elite Club Team is a comprehensive player developmental model designed to prepare players for high school basketball and beyond.  A model that values development over winning meaningless AAU games.  The LAB Elite staff is comprised of the areas most well respected coaches.  

ADMISSION: Accepting players in each graduation year 2032, 2031, 2030, 2029. All previous teams have sold out and had waiting lists. Players from previous teams have resided in Mendham, Chester, Morristown, Randolph, Roxbury, Basking Ridge, Madison, Long Valley, Mt. Olive, Warren, Bedminster, Westfield, New Providence and North Hunterdon.  

PROGRAM INCLUDES: 

1. 12 Training Sessions (90 Min)  
2. 10 Team Practices (2 hours)  - Practices designed to prepare players for high school basketball.
3. Player and Parent Educational Seminars - Guest speaker presents after every practice.  
4. 5 Tournaments
5. Under Armour Game and Practice Uniforms
6. Video Analysis 
7. College Coach and College Player Appearances 
8. Leadership Training - Basketball as an extension of the classroom to learn character building skills.
9. Strength Training Program
10. Player Development Plan
11. Academic Focus and Emphasis
12. Vertimax Training - Athletic performance training equipment that improves speed, explosive power, and vertical jump.
13. NBA Combine Athletic Performance Testing

Practice
Sundays: Gym at 30 Hillside Road, Chester, NJ
Dates: March 9th-June 1st. (Off Easter and Memorial Day Weekend)

• Class of 2032 - Practice 1:30-4pm (3:30-4pm College Coach)
• Class of 2031/2030 - Practice 4-6:30pm  (6-6:30pm College Coach)
• Class of 2029 - Practice 6-8:30pm  (6-6:30pm College Coach)

Previous guest speakers include college coaches from Princeton, Lehigh, MIT, NYU, Bucknell, The College of New Jersey, Franklin and Marshall, Army West Point, Gettysburg, Tufts, University of Scranton, Catholic University, and John Hopkins.

Training:
Gym at 30 Hillside Road, Chester, NJ
Date/Time: Families will select a weekly 90 minute training time slot that best fits the family schedule and assists multi-sport spring athletes. Training Options: Tuesday 4:30-6pm, 6-7:30 or Thursdays at 4:30-6 or 6:730pm.
