Important Dates
The following dates are for the 2024 Fall Season. Once we receive the 2025 AAFYA schedule from the county, this page will be updated accordingly.
IMPORTANT 2024 DATES
Registration
- On Line Registration will OPEN on Wednesday, April 17th and will CLOSE Sunday, July 21st
- Walk Up Registration at Bay Head Park will OPEN on Tuesday, July 23rd and will CLOSE Thursday, August 1st
- REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE COMPLETELY AFTER THURSDAY, AUGUST 1ST
Equipment Handouts
- 11U thru 14U Players - Tuesday, July 23rd - 6:00pm - 7:30pm
- 7U thru 10U Players - Wednesday, July 24th - 6:00pm - 7:30pm
Practice Begins
- 1st Day of Practice – July 29th Without Pads (NO HELMETS)
- 1st Day of Practice – August 5th With Pads and Helmets
MANDATORY Weigh-In and Photo ID’s
- 1st Weigh-In/Photo ID - Saturday, August 3rd, Time/Location TBD
- 2nd Weigh-In/Photo ID - Saturday, August 17th, Time/Location TBD
- All players MUST attend either the 1st OR 2nd Weigh-In/Photo ID date in order to be eligible to play
Games Begin
- GAMES ARE SET TO BEGIN THE WEEKEND OF LABOR DAY. PLAN ACCORDINGLY!!!!!!
Team and Individual Photos
- Team and Individual Photos will be taken one night during the week at Bay Head Park in lieu of practice - TBD
Cape Night at Broadneck HS
- Cape Night at Broadneck HS will take place during the Varsity Football Game on Friday September 13th vs Arundel HS
Equipment Returns
- 11U thru 14U teams - TBD
- 7U thru 10U teams - TBD
- IF YOU DO NOT RETURN YOUR EQUIPMENT ON EITHER ONE OF THESE DATES, WE WILL CASH YOUR DEPOSIT CHECK

REGISTRATION DETAILS
Registration Details
- On Line Registration is OPEN from Wednesday, April 17th and will CLOSE Sunday, July 21st
- Walk Up Registration at Bay Head Park is OPEN from Tuesday, July 23nd and will CLOSE Thursday, August 1st
- Roster limits per team will be 22 players. If more than 22 players register for a team, they will be placed on a wait list until that team reaches 34 players or more. Registering without paying the registration fee does not guarantee you a roster spot. Your child is not registered unless the registration fee is paid.
- REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE COMPLETELY AFTER THURSDAY, AUGUST 1ST
Registration Fees
- The Registration Fee is $225.00
- After Thursday, July 20th, there will be a $25.00 Late Fee
Registration Refund Policy
- Refunds Prior to Equipment Handouts will be $200.00
- Refunds After Equipment Handouts will be $150.00
- THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AFTER THURSDAY, AUGUST 1ST

EQUIPMENT HANDOUTS
Equipment Handout Dates and Times
- 11U thru 14U Players - Tuesday, July 23rd 6:00pm - 7:30pm
- 7U thru 10U Players - Wednesday, July 24th 6:00pm - 7:30pm
- If you are unable to attend either one of the equipment handout dates, your son will receive his equipment after the first night of practice.
Items That You Need to Bring to Equipment Handouts
- In order to receive your equipment at equipment handouts you MUST bring the following items:
- A Deposit Check OR Money Order in the amount of $150.00 made out to CSCRC and POST DATED for December 1st, 2024
- A COPY of your Childs Birth Certificate. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE
- YOUR CHILD
- WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CASH FOR EQUIPMENT DEPOSITS
- If you DO NOT bring the above items or if the deposit is not POST DATED for December 1st, 2024 you WILL NOT receive your equipment
- The deposit check will be returned to you at the end of the season during equipment returns

- Helmet and Chin Strap
- Shoulder Pads
- Practice Jersey
- 1 mouth piece (mouth piece replacements are at a charge of $2.00)
Additional Items That You Need to Purchase
- Cleats
- Water Bottle
- 7 piece integrated practice pants
- 7 piece integrated girdle for the game pants
- ALL OF THESE ITEMS CAN BE PURCHASED ONLINE OR AT ANY ATHLETIC STORE
Game Jerseys and Game Pants
GAME JERSEYS AND GAME PANTS
Game Jerseys
- Game Jerseys are order specifically for your child with their last name on the back and sized specifically for them.
- Each player will receive 2 jerseys.
- Jersey numbers are handed out to each player. Returning players will keep their jersey number from previous seasons unless the parents specifically ask for it to be changed.
- New players will then have the opportunity to pick from the remaining jerseys number on that team.
- Game Jerseys are intended to be very tight.
- Once the game jerseys are orderd, there are NO exchanges.
- GAME JERSEYS ARE YOURS TO KEEP
Game Pants
- Game Pants are kept in the equipment shed and will be handed out once the Game Jerseys arrive.
- Coaches will gather each players practice pants sizes and will be given game pants based on those sizes.
- If anyone needs to exchange the game pants for a different size, please come to the equipment shed for the exchange.
- GAME PANTS ARE RETURNED AT THE END OF THE SEASON
Game Jerseys and Game Pants will be handed out at a later date before games begin.
